Righto, so here we go!
You should all have a username, (your first name) and a password (default is scotland) so you can login at the start page.
You all have an email address which is your username@dusna.co.uk; but you can also have other nicknames that will go to the same place, for example, gregor, admin, press and convener@dus.. all go to me. I've set up all your job titles (secretary, vc, socials, treasurer, fsn) and also dick for Richard ;-) but if you want anything else then just ask, and I'll set it up for you.
Also, if you want to email the entire executive, then send it to executive@dusna.co.uk
If you don't want to have to remember to check the website for the emails, then you can set up a redirection to another email address, or set up pop3 or whatever you want depending on your techy skills, by clicking on the "Settings" up at the top when you're signed into the email.
